By-law to appoint the place end hour for receiving nominations
for the offices of Reeve, Deputy-Reeve and three Councillors for the
Municipality of the Township of Picketing, end to receive nominations
for five Trustees for School Area No. i for the year 194~. To appoint
the places for holding the election thereof end persons to preside
thereat as Deputy Returning Officers and Poll Clerks.
The ~unicipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ~NACTS as follows:
1. THAT the place for receiving nominations for the offices of
~/~ Reeve, Deputy-Reeve and three Councillors for the Municipality of the
Township of Pickering, and Trustees for said School Area for the year
1947 , shall be in the Township Hell, at the Village of Brougham, and
at that hour durlng which such nominations may be received shell com-
mence at the hour of one o'clock in the afternoon of the 22nd day of
Eovember, 1946, and not at the hour of noon on that day.
2. The places for holding the poll for the election to the said
offices for the said year end taking the votes~of the electors of
the said Municipality for

the places for holding the election thereof end persons to preside
thereat as Deputy Returnin~ Officers and Poll Clerks.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing ,~NACTS es follows:
1. THAT the place for receiving nominations for the offices of
Reeve, Deputy-Reeve end three Councillors for the ~..!unicipelity of the
Township of Pickerlng, end Trustees for said School Area for the year
194 , shell be in the Township Hall, et the Village of Brougham, and
at that hour during ~hlch such nominations may be received shall com-
