Of the Municipal Corpor~tion of the Township of Picketing,
to make an increase in the salary of the Chief Constable.
· ~EREAS st e recent meeting of the Council, the remunera-
tion of the Chl~f Constable of this Municipality wes lncre~sed,
end it is deemed necessary to comfirm such increase by By-law:
BE IT THEHEFORE ENI. CTED by the Council of the ~unicipal
Co~'poration of the Township,of Plckerin~:
1. That J. B. Irvine be end, aged as Constr. ble for 1946 st
salary of $1850 es of January 1, 1946, and that he receive
.06~ per mile for his oar necessarily used in performance of
his duty,,snd that he also get prid for telephone, prisoners'
meals or other necessary incidental expenses. Incidental end
mileage expenses shell not ~mount to over ~100.00 for any one
month, end Constable shell carry his own property damage ~nd
Public Liability insurance.
2. That By-law No. 1654 be and the same is hereby repealed.
