A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF 1118 TOWNSHIPS OF PICh%'RING AND WHITBY, FOR THE MAIN_ TEYANCE OF THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID TOWNSHIPS. The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWSt THAT the written Agreement annexed hereto and marked as "Schedule A", be and the same is hereby adopted as an Agreement of this Corporation with the Corporation of the Municipality of the Township of Whitby, and that the same be forthwith executed for and on behalf of this Corporation under the Corporate Seal and the hands of the Reeve and Clerk.
