being a by-law ~o dedicate
certain lands as pnblic
highways.
WHEREAS the lands firstly described in Schedule "A"
annexed hereto were conveyed to The Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing for road widening purposes to satisfy a
condition of lhe Committee of Adjustment to be fulfilled by
June Elizabeth Wagner prior to the granting of a consent to
convey ~he abutting lands;
AND WHEREAS the lands secondly described in Schedule
"A" annexed hezelo were conveyed to the Township fox road
widening purposes to satisfy a condition of the Commit%ee of
Adjustment to be fulfilled by Healy and Bridget Barbara
Ballans prior to the granting of a consent to convey abutting
land s;
ABD WHEREAS the lands thirdly described in Schedule
"A" annexed hereto were conveyed to the ToNnship for road
widening purposes to satisfy a condition of the Committee of
Adjustment to be fulfilled by McNally Victor Hedge prior to
the granting of a consent to convey abutting lands;
AND W~REA$ it is necessary to dedicate the said
lands as public highways so ~hat the abutting lands will
have frontage on a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF TI~E CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That %he lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same a~e hereby dedicated as public
highways.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in

premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing
in the County of Ontario, and being composed of:
FIRSTLY:

Office for Zhe Registry Division of the County of Ontario as
Number 32-3, described as follows:
