THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3
BY -LAW NUMBER 3 S 9 8`20
being a by-law to dedicate
part of Lot 34 in Concession
2 as a public highway to
link Martins Road, Davidson
Road and Cherrywood Avenue.
WHEREAS the Township of Pickering has purchased that
part of Lot 34 in Concession 2 of the Township of Pickering
designated as PART 1 on plan RD-374 to link Martins Road,
Davidson Road and Cherrywood Avenue;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to dedicate all
of the said lands as a public highway except a one foot strip
along the northerly, westerly and southerly limit thereof;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIN3 ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed
hereto and forming part of this by-law are hereby dedicated as
a public highway.
READ a first, second and third time and passed in
open Council this Rmu-1day of 1970.

1.00 feet measured northerly therefrom measured perpendicularly
thereto;
THEME South 72 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 65.00 feet;
THENCE North 17 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West
a distance of 263.11 feet;
THENCE North 17 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 724.65 feet;
THENCE North 72 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 65.00 feetnDxe or less to the POINT OF
COP9MMEMNT .
The aforesaid lands are all of PART 1 as shown on
a plan deposited in the said Registry Office as Plan RD374 except
the northerly 1 foot, the westerly 1 foot and the southerly
1 foot thexeof.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of
Pickering in the County of Ontario and being composed of that
part of Lot 34 in Concession 2 of the Township of Pickering
described as follows:
PREMISING that the westerly limit of Martins Road
ds dedicated by registered plan 538 has an assumed bearing of
North 17 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West and relating all
bearings therein hereto, then,
COMMENCING at a point in the easterly limit of said
Lot 34 that may be located as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly
limit of Martins Road as dedicated by a plan registered in
the Registry Office for the County of Ontario as Plan 538
with the easterly limit of said Lot 34;
THENCE southerly along the said easterly limit of
Lot 34, being also along the westerly limit of Martins Road,
a distance of 1 foot more or less to the intersection thereof
with a line drawn parallel to the northerly limit of Martins
Road and distant 1.00 foot southerly therefrom measured
perpendicularly thereto, said last mentioned point of intersectun
being the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT;
THENCE South 17 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East
along the said easterly limit of Lot 34 a distance of 724.91
feet to an angle in said easterly limit;
THENCE South 17 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East
along said easterly limit a distance of 262.86 feet more or
less to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to the
southerly limit of Cherrywood Avenue as shown on a plan
registered in the said Registry Office as Plan 534 and distant
