Being a by-law to amend By-Law 3712/69 Pi Y?
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 371 ?, e?f'amended by deleting all reference
to gas bars insofar as the prohibition of same as enacted
by By-law 3719c lands described in Schedule °A^
attached hereto nd fo ing a part of this By-law.
2. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but, subject to
such approval, this by-law shall take effect from the
passing thereof.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
this 5th day of October A.D., 1970.
