THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 0
Being a By-law to dedicate part of
Lot $, Concession 2 as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
` day of 1970.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township
of Pickering and County of Ontario, and being composed of Part
of Lot 8, in Concession 2 of the said Township, which said
parcel is more particularly described as follows:
The one foot reserve at the easterly limit of the
road allowance (Top Street) between lots 3 and 4 Registered Plan
