being a by-law to authorize execution
of an agreement of purchase and sale
dated the 21st day of September, 1970.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Vowrship of Pickering
desires to enter into an agreement of purchase and sale
providing for the purchase from Justine Holdings Limited of
part of Lot 18 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering, and an
option to purchase two additional parcels in the said Lot 18.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement of purchase and sale made between The Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and Justine Holdings Limited,
dated the 21st day of September, 1970, with respect to the
lands described as the northerly portion of the east half of
Lot 18 in Range 3 in the Township of Pickering.
