Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement with the
Trustees of the Dunbarton United
Church.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering agreed by Resolution #305/70 dated August 17, 1970
to the sale of, and to permit the Trustees of the Dunbarton
United Church to remove the portable frame building
presently attached and forming part of the Baseline School,
said building situate on part of the North half of Lot 18,
Range III, Broken Front Concession, subject to certain
conditions set out in an agreement.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering authorizes the Reeve and Clerk to execute an
agreement between the Township of Pickering and the Trustees
of the Dunbarton United Church.

open council
