By-Law Number 3811/70
Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of a deed of
2 acres of land in Lot 19,
Range 3, to Allied Conveyors
Limited.
WHEREAS Allied Conveyors Limited has entered into an
agreement of purchase and sale with The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to purchase a 2.00 acre parcel of land
in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering, which
agreement was executed by the Reeve and Clerk of the Township
pursuant to its resolution number 348/69;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute the deed to Allied Conveyors Limited;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute a
deed from The Corporation of the Township of Pickering to
Allied Conveyors Limited dated April lst, 1970, with respect
to a 2.00 acre parcel of land on the west side of Brock Road
in Lot 19 in Range 3 of the Township of Pickering, said parcel
being designated as PARTS 2 and 3 on a plan deposited in the
Registry Office for the County of Ontario as number R.D.-146
and to execute all documents required to complete the sale.
