being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and The Municipality of
Metropolitan Toronto, dated the
19th day of February 1970.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto,
dated the 19th day of February 1970, in regard to the
establishment and operation by The Municipality of Metropolitan
Toronto of areas for the purposes of receiving, dumping and
disposing of waste.
