A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Pickering Township
Parks and Recreation Committee.
WHEREAS Section 377 Subsection 63 (c) of the Municipal Act
provides for the appointment of a Parks Committee to operate
municipal parks;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it advisable to continue a Parks
and Recreation Committee as one body;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that the following named persons shall comprise
the Parks and Recreation Committee of the Township of Pickering for
the year 1970.
Reeve J. R. Williams
Deputy Reeve G. Ashe
Councillor V. Rudik
Councillor Mrs. J. L. McPherson
Councillor D. Kitchen
Councillor R. Chatten
Councillor J. Kruger
AND THAT By-law #3614 be and the same is hereby repealed
READ a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
