Being a By-law to dedicate part of
Lot 17, Concession 5 as a public
highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation of
the Township of Pickering and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE THE COJNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF T,{E
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLO['TS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
Council this loth day of January, 1970.

SCHEDULE "All
FIRSTLY, All and singular that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township
of Pickering in the County and Province of Ontario and
being composed of part of Lot 17 in the Fifth Concession,
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the north-east angle of Lot 17 in the Fifth
Concession of the Township of Pickering;
THENCE southerly along the easterly limit of Lot 17 in the
Fifth Concession a distance of 2120.99 feet to the point
of commencement of the lands herein to be conveyed as follo•,as:
THENCE continuing southerly along the easterly limit of
Lot 17, Concession 5, a distance of 235.35 feet to a stake;
THENCE westerly and parallel to the northerly limit of
Lot 17, Concession 5 a distance of 18 feet to a stake;
THENCE northerly and parallel to the easterly limit of
Lot 17, Concession 5, a distance of 236.36 feet to a stake;
THENCE easterly and parallel to the northerly limit of
Lot 17, Concession 5, a distance of 18 feet to the easterly
limit of such lot, being the point of commencement.
SECONDLY, commencing at the north east angle of Lot 17,
Concession 5, Township of Pickering, where a 1" iron bar
has been planted,
THENCE S.190011E, along the east boundary of the said Lot
17, Concession 5, for a distance of 1962.01 feet to the point
of beginning;
THENCE S.19001' E. along the same east boundary of the said
Lot 17, Concession 5, a distance of 158.98 feet to a point
THENCE westerly S.700591W. a distance of 18.00 feet
THENCE N.12033130"W, a distance of 160.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
