BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law to authorize the signing of an
agreement between the Township of
Pickering and the Project Manager for the
Pickering Swimming Pool.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
retained the services of Mr. W. H. Beddall, Architect,
as Project Manager for the Pickering Township
Swimming Pool;
AND WHEREAS it will be necessary to sign a contract
with Mr. W. H. Beddall as Project manager, and contracts
with the various subtrades;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
