being a by-law to authorize
the execution of a deed dated
March 22nd, 1971, in favour
of Pedan Enterprises Limited.
WHEREAS by an agreement dated the 16th day of March,
1971, the Township agreed to sell part of Lot 19 in Range 3
in the Township of Pickering to Pedan Enterprises Limited;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to execute a deed for
the said lands to complete the transaction;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a deed dated March 22nd, 1971, from The Corporation of
the Township of Pickering to Pedan Enterprises Limited with
respect to that part of Lot 19 in Range 3, more particularly
described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed, and to affix the
seal of the Corporation thereto and to execute all documents
required to complete the transaction.
Read a first, second and third time and passed in
open Council this day of 1971.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pick-
ering in the County of Ontario, and being composed of that part
of Lot 19 in Range 3 of the said Township designated as PART 1
on a reference plan deposited in the Registry Office for the
Registry Division of the County of Ontario as No. 40R-507.
