HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3985/71THE CORPORATION OF THL TOWNSHIP OF PICKERILIG BY-LAW AUMBER Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a deed of 1.543 acres of land in Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, to Farwide Holdings Limited. WHEREAS Farwide holdings Limited has entered into an agreement of purchase and sale with The Corporation of the Township of Pickering to purchase a 1.543 acre parcel of land in Lot 18, in Range 3, Broken Front Concession, of the Township of Pickering, which agreement was executed by the Reeve and Clerk of the Township pursuant to its resolution number 319/70; AND WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the deed to Farwide holdings Limited; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERIiiG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute a deed from the Corporation of the Township of Pickering to Farwide Holdings or to such other grantor as Farwide holdings Ltd. may direct, with respect to a 1.543 acre parcel of land on the East side of Brock Road in Lot 18 in Range 3, Broken Front Concession, of the Township of Pickering, said parcel being designated as Part 1 on a plan deposited in the Registry Office for the County of Ontar3,o as number 40R 498, being the land described in said agreement of purchase and sale, and to execute all documents required to complete the sale.
