BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to stop up and
close that part of road allowance in
Township Lot 11, Concession 4.
WHEREAS the Metropolitan Toronto and Region
Conservation Authority has requested the Township to
close the lands shown as parts 2 and 3 of Plan RD 407
registered October 8th, 1970 and attached hereto as
Schedule "All to this by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering proposes to stop up and
close as a public highway the lands shown as parts 2
and 3 of Plan RD 407 registered October 8th, 1970.
AND `WHEREAS notice of this by-law has been
published once a week for four consecutive weeks and
posted up for one month in six of the most public
places in the immediate neighbourhood of the said public
highway to be closed and the provisions of the Municipal
Act relating to the stopping up of highway have been
complied with;
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands shown as parts 2 and 3, Plan RD 407
Registered October 8th, 1970 as prepared by
Edwards and Gunn O.L.S. and attached as
Schedule "A" are hereby stopped up and closed
as a public highway.
2. The said Schedule "A" hereto attached shall
form a part of this by-law.
By-law read a first and second time this / J day of

By-law read a third time and passed this 1?-V- day of
