Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Brock Developments and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering
WHEREAS Council has reviewed and adopted the draft
form of agreement as prepared by the Township Solicitor
between Brock Developments and the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering, the Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement between Brock Developments and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering for a Plan of Subdivision
on Part Lot 19, Concession 1 of the Township of Pickering
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Coun#1 this day of December, 1973.
