BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the Reeve and Clerk to execute an
Agreement between the Township
and the Trustees of the Grace
Presbyterian Church.
WHEREAS the Council by Resolution #215/72 granted a right-
of-way across the 1 ft, reserve at the North end of
Calderstone Crescent of Registered Plan M-966;
AND WHEREAS the right-of-way is for the purposes of the
congregation of the Grace Presbyterian Church;
AND WHEREAS the Grace Presbyterian Church Trustees request
that this right-of-way be provided in the form of an
agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the agreement dated the 19th day of
February between the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and the Trustees of the Grace Presbyterian Church.
