Being a by-law to amend By-law
#4065/71, a by-law to authorize the
construction of watermains as local
improvements.
WHEREAS Schedule "B" to By-law #4065/71 defined a local
improvement area pursuant to Section 67 (1) of The Local
Improvement Act, R.S.O., 1960;
AND WHEREAS Schedule %B" to Bye-law #4065/71 did not include
Rosebank Road North from approximately 3230 feet South of
Finch Avenue to Finch Avenue in the water local improvement
area;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Schedule "B" to By-law #4065/71
be amended to include:
"Rosebank Road North from approximately 3230
feet South of Finch Avenue to Finch Avenue"
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
Open Council this 144, day of x!46. *1t? 1972.
