being a by-law to dedicate
certain lands as public
highways.
WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of
Pickering consented to conveyances of land by J. & B. Watts and by
G. Smith for the lands described as firstly and secondly in Schedule
"A" hereto respectively subject to lands being conveyed to the
Township for use as a public highway and it is deemed necessary to
dedicate the said lands as public highways.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council
of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering that the lands
described in Schedule " A" hereto annexed are hereby dedicated as public
highways.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open
Council this day of kqBL's 1972.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering
in the County of Ontario and being
FIRSTLY
The most westerly 10 feet in perpendicular width of the south half
of Lot 16 and the most westerly 10 feet in perpendicular width of the
north half of Lot 15 both according to a plan registered in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Ontario
as Number 372.

Parts of Lots 29 and 30, according to a plan registered at the Registry
Office for the Registry Division of the said County of Ontario as No. 12
the said parcel or tract being more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the southerly limits of the said Lots have a bearing
of North 72 degrees 50 minutes East, and relating all bearings
herein thereto, then
COMMENCING at an iron bar marking the southeasterly angle of the said
Lot 29;
THENCE North 17 degrees 09 minutes West along the easterly limit
of the said Lot 29, a distance of 17.00 feet more or less to a line
drawn parallel to the southerly limits of the said Lots, and distant
northerly 17.00 feet measured perpendicularly therefrom;
THENCE South 72 degrees 50 minutes West, a distance of 79.48 feet to
a point;
THENCE South 17 degrees 09 minutes East, a distance of 17.00 feet more
or less to the southerly limit of Lot 30;
THENCE easterly along the southerly limits of the said Lots, a distance
of 79.48 feet more or less to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
