Being a by-law to authorize the
execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement between the Corpora-
tion of the Township of Pickering
and Highgloss Building Maintenance
as represented by Mr. Robert Longmire
WHEREAS Highgloss Building Maintenance was the successful
bidder for the janitorial maintenance of the Pickering
Township Day Care Centre, located on Radom St. in the
Township of Pickering, at the tender price of $243.00
per month.
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that the Municipality enter
into an agreement with Highgloss Building Maintenance as
represented by Mr. Robert Longmire;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the said Agreement.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this Vday of 7-To4'i?? , 1972.
