BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the execution by the Reeve and Clerk
of an Agreement between The White
Bunny Nursery School and the Township
of Pickering.
WHEREAS The Day Nurseries Act provides that the Council
of a Municipality may enter into an agreement with any
person or organization operating a licensed Day Nursery
for the furnishing of such Day Nursery Services for such
children as is agreed upon and the Municipality may maks
such expenditures as are necessary for the purpose;
AND WHEREAS the White Bunny Nursery School operates a
licensed Day Nursery at 986 Dunbarton Road, Pickering, too
providing day care to children.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That the Council of the Township of Pickering enter
into an agreement with the White Bunny Nurserr?
School for them to furnish Day Nurseries Serlrioes
under this Act and as prescribed in the Regulatlenss
and for payment therefor by the Municipality on the
terms and conditions set forth therein, and that th%
Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign such agreement
on behalf of the Corporation.
