BY-LAW # 2-
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five (5)
members appointed at large.
2. The following members are hereby appointed as members
for the periods indicated:
Ronald Fahey to January 1, 1975.
A. D. Holmes to January 1, 1975.
3. The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
E. G. Allman to January 1, 1974.
H. Van Der Driesschen to January 1, 1974.
David Hawthorne to January 1, 1973.
4. The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
5. The members shall be paid $19.00 per diem, plus 154 per
mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
6. By-Law 3982/71 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it effects this by-law.
7. This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
