BY-LAW NUMBER I3J 77'
Being a By-law to dedicate certain
lands as public highway pursuant
to s. 443 of The Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1970
WHEREAS lands have been conveyed to the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering for use as a public highway and it is
deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering that the lands
designated as Parts 2 and 5, on Reference Plan 40R--305 and
more particularly described as:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering
--- in the Regional Municipality of Durham (formerly the Township
of Pickering in the County of Ontario) and being composed of
that part of Block "Y" , Plan M-16 (Pickering) registered
in the Office of Land Titles at Whitby lying South of a line
which commences at a point 520.00 feet southerly in the West
limit of the said Block "Y" from the North-West angle thereof
and runs North 72 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East 670.56
feet to a point in the East limit of the said Block"Y" Plan
M-16 and shown and designated as Parts 2 and 5 on a Plan of
Survey or Record filed in the said Land Titles Office as
Number 40R-305 and hereby dedicated as a public highway.
FOR PURPOSES OF ILLUSTRATION ONLY, the said lands are shown
'`?` on the attached copy of survey deemed Schedule "A" to this
