Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and The Durham Board
of Education
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement dated the 4th day of
November, 1974 between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and The Durham Board of
Education with respect to the use of the
gymnasium at the Dunbarton High School on
certain days.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this ¢ 1 day of November, 1974.
