BY-LAW NUMBER 9I 114'
Being a by-law to re-enact By-law
Number 4096/71 insofar as it
relates to the Liverpool site.
WHEREAS By-law Number 4096/71 was enacted by the Council of
the Township of Pickering to amend By-law Number 3036 and
By-law Number 3037, as amended, to permit the use by the
Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto of certain lands for
refuse disposal purposes;
AND WHEREAS said By-law 4096/71 was confirmed by the Council
of the Town of Pickering on May 6, 1974, by Resolution
#137/74 insofar as it pertains to the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That By-law 4096/71, enacted by the Council of the
Township of Pickering, and adopted by the Council of
the Town of Pickering, be re-enacted only insofar as it
relates to the lands outlined in Red on Map 1
(Liverpool Site) which is attached to and forms part of
By-law 4096/71.
Read a first, second and third time and passed in open
Council this ,tk day of August, A.D., 1974.
