By-Law Number 1
Being a by-law to exempt
certain parts of Plan M-997
from part lot control.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
pursuant to Section 29, subsection 5 of The Planning Act
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 349, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 349 does not apply to the
registered lots that are described as follows:-
Registered Plan M-997 - Lots 43 to 86 inclusive
Lots 101, 102, 103
Lots 131 to 138 inclusive
Lots 142 to 145 inclusive
Registered Plan M-997 - Block O, R, S, W, X, Y, Z,
AA, and AB
Registered Plan M-998 - Lots 1 to 20 inclusive
Lot 24
Registered Plan M-998 - Blocks F, G, H, I, K, L, M
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by
the Minister of Housing.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this ziSt day of 1171 , 1974.
