BY-LAW NUMBER 9/74
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Deputy Treasurer.
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint Officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. James Walls be and is hereby appointed
Deputy Treasurer of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Deputy Treasurer
shall be those as defined in the Assessment Act
and the Municipal Act, as amended together with
those duties prescribed by Council.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in
