Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
Agreement between the Corporation
and Bramalea Consolidated Develop-
ments Limited with respect to an
Indemnification Agreement
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
sign an Indemnification Agreement with respect
to the pipe crossing on C.N.R. lands necessitated
by the Amberlea Subdivision
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
(5 6? day of 1975.
