Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
Agreement between the Corporation
and Canadian National Railways
with respect to Storm Sewer Outlet
(Amberlea Subdivision)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Canadian National Railways with respect
to a Storm Sewer Outlet through the
Canadian National Right-of-Way in con-
junction with Amberlea Subdivision.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1975.
