Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an agreement
between the Ministry of Housing
and the Town of Pickering.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an agreement dated
October 3, 1975, between Her Majesty The
Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented
by the Minister of Housing of the Province
of Ontario, and the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering, with respect to the
Ontario Housing Action Program, Block Y,
Plan M-16, Northdown Arcadia.
