A By-law of the Corporation of
the Townof Pickering to authorize
the execution of an Easement
Agreement between the Corporation
and The Metropolitan Toronto and
Region Conservation Authority
(Ontario Hydro Right-of-Way)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Easement in favour
of Ontario Hydro on lands owned by The
Metropolitan Toronto and Region Conservation
Authority and leased by the Town of Pickering
in Concession 2, Lots 22 and 23, for purposes
of a Right-of-Way.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
