BY-LAW NUMBER a`JR 75
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and the Regional Municipality of Durham
covering the provisions of inspection
services for water and sewer installation.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of _xl1975.
