Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of a site plan
agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and
U. Wagner & Sons Auto Body Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a site plan agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
U. Wagner & Sons Auto Body Limited, dated
the 24th day of _8pr;1 , 1975.
By-law read a first and Second time this t day of
1975.
By-law read a Third time and finally PASSED this
day of 1 , 1975.
