Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Robert Byers
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement dated April 21st 1975, between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Robert Byers
with respect to the issuance of a building permit for
Lot 32, Registered Plan 816, of the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1975.
