BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement dated
February 28, 1975 between Custom
Concrete Limited, Dufferin Concrete
Products Limited, The Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and The
Corporation of the Town of Ajax.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an
Agreement dated February 28, 1975, between Custom
Concrete Limited, Dufferin Concrete Products Limited,
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and The
Corporation of the Town of Ajax, with respect to the
improvement of Notion Road.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this !) day of AWA , 1975.
