Being a by-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of an Easement in
favour of the Ontario Hydro
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Easement in favour of the Ontario Hydro
relative to the Easement secured by Ontario Hydro
from the Metropolitan Toronto and Region Con-
servation Authority on lands leased by the
Municipality from the Authority (Grand Valley Park)
