Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Planning Director.
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act, Revised
Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council may
appoint Officers of the Corporation:
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. Stephen Bedford be and is hereby appointed
Planning Director of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Planning Director shall
be those as defined in the Planning Act and the
Municipal Act, as amended together with those prescribed
by Council.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSFD in
Council this 3rd day of February, 1975.
