Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Lease Agreement
between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and the Munici-
pality of Metropolitan Toronto
Part Lot 12, Concession 5
(Parking Purposes - Museum)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Lease Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and the Municipality of Metro-
politan Toronto, Part Lot 12, Concession 5
with respect to parking purposes for the
Town of Pickering Museum - Greenwood Site.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
