Being a By-law to repeal By-law
330/75, a by-law authorizing the
borrowing of money by way of
temporary advances pending the
issue and sale of debentures
in support of the cost associated
with the Bay Ridges Public Library
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Pickering, in its resolution
of May 3rd 1976 (Resolution # 65/76) directed that the funds
required for the construction of the Bay Ridges Public Library
be secured from existing Reserve Accounts; and
WHEREAS it is no longer necessary to authorize the borrowing of
of money by way of temporary advances to fund the cost of this
project;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that By-law 330/75 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1976.
