NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection 4 of section 29 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, chapter 349, as amended, does not
apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan M- 1153 - Lots 1-6, inclusive
- Blocks A-H, inclusive
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until
approved by the Minister of Housing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 11th day of September 1978.
