THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 822/78
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2520, as
amended.
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend the provisions of By-law
2520, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1. Clause (d) of section 8.5 of By-law 2520, as
remade by the provisions of subsection 1 of section A of By-
law 3257, is hereby revoked and the following substituted there-
for:
(d) A professional office shall contain
only the offices of a physician,
dentist, lawyer, architect, engineer,
chartered accountant, real-estate
agent or insurance agent.
2. This by-law shall not come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but upon such approval
being granted, shall take effect from the date of passage hereof.
