BY-LAW NO. 785/78
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway pursuant to Section
443 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1970,
chapter 284 (Part Lot 18, Range 3, B.F.C.
being Part 3, Plan 40R-1986)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands in Part Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession, being Part 3, Plan 40R-1986;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as a
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" hereto,
which schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are
hereby dedicated as a public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
Third day of April , 1978.
SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 785/78
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land in
the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of
Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of
that part of Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
designated as Part 3 on a plan of survey of record reg-
istered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of Durham as Plan Number 40R-1986.
