BY-LAW NO. 776/78
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Licence Agreement between the Town
of Pickering and Charles McArthur Johnston
and Maureen Margaret Johnston respecting
Part of Lot 152, Plan M-20. File Number D 3310
WHEREAS the Town has an easement for certain purposes upon
certain conditions over Part Lot 152, Plan M-20;
AND WHEREAS a dwelling or part thereof encroaches upon the
said easement;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Licence Agreement between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and Charles McArthur Johnston and Maureen
Margaret Johnston (the owners) permitting the owners
to encroach upon the Town's easement on Part Lot 152,
Plan M-20.
BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED
