BY-LAW NUMBER 996/79
A By-law of The Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to levy such rates against
all of the assessed properties in the
Town of Pickering as will be required
to cover the 1979 requisitions from the
Durham Board of Education and the Durham
Roman Catholic Separate School Board.
WHEREAS the Durham Board

for certain sums of money being the
operating and capital costs of
acondary Schools under their juris-
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT there be raised, levied and collected from and
upon all the rateable property in the Town of Pickering
the rates and sums set out in Schedule "A" attached
hereto.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 22nd day
of May 1979.
