BY-LAW NO. 938/79
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a transfer by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to Neil Burns of Part
Block R-1, Plan M-1058 (Part 2, Plan 40R-
4203) (Parkside Drive).
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of that part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058,
designated as Part 2 on Plan 40R-4203; and
WHEREAS these lands are owned by the Town as a reserve
along the east side of Parkside Drive; and
WHEREAS pursuant to the Decision of the Land Division
Committee of the Regional Municipality of Durham dated May
30th, 1977, (LD 181/77) Mr. Neil Burns has created a lot
intended to front onto Parkside Drive; and
WHEREAS it is therefore deemed expedient to convey the
lands referred to to Mr. Neil Burns;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a transfer in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"A" between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Mr. Neil Burns of that part of Block R-1, Plan
M-1058, designated as Part 2 on Plan 40R-4203 (Park-
side Drive) (LD 181/77).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 8th day of January, 1979.
