BY-LAW NUMBER 1069/79
Being a By-law to dedicate certain one-foot
reserves as a public highway (Balaton Avenue,
Alderwood Place, Parkham Crescent and Lublin
Avenue.)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of Blocks HX, IX, JX and KX, Plan M-12, Town of
Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as a
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" hereto, are hereby dedicated as a public high-
way.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 3rd day of December, 1979.

To By-law 1069/79
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Munici-
pality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of all of Blocks FIX, IX, JX and KX, according to a plan
registered in the Land Titles Office for the Registry Division
of Durham as Plan No. M-12.
