BY-LAW NO. 6084/03
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 20,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part
1, Plan 40R-21531 as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands lying
in Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a)
that part of Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-21531,
is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of January,
2003.
