BY-LAW NUMBER 1167/80
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1125/80,
authorizing the execution of a subdivision
agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Heldor Development
Corporation Limited respecting Part Lot 22,
Concession 2, Pickering (Part Draft Plan
18T-79049).
WHEREAS By-law 1125/80, authorizing the execution of a subdi-
vision agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Heldor Development Corporation Limited respecting Part Lot 22
Concession 2, Pickering (Part Draft Plan 18T-79049) was enacted
by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering on
June 16, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to amend the said By-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 8 of Schedule 'A' to By-law 1125/80 is hereby
revoked and the following substituted therefor:
Sidewalks
The Owner agrees to construct a sidewalk, to the
specifications of the Town in affect to the date
hereof, on:
(a) The west, north and east sides of Bridlepath Circle;
(b) The easterly side of Grovedale Court from Parkdale
Street to a point adjacent to the mid-point in the
front lot line of Lot 54;
(c) The west side of Redwood Lane;
(d) The north side of Parkdale Street;
(e) Both sides of Lynwood Street; and
(f) The north side of Finch Avenue and that all attempts
be made to preserve the existing trees,
and to maintain them until they are formally accepted by
the Town.
2. Clause a of subsection 4 of section 1 of Schedule 'D' to
the said By-law Is hereby revoked and the following
substituted therefor:
First phase of the Plan shall be registered on or before
December 31, 1980.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this
2nd day of September, 1980.
